Role: Lead Generation Executive (On-site, Pune)

We’re hiring a full-time Lead Generation Executive to join our Pune team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. Your day-to-day will include prospect outreach, database management, market research, and collaboration with the sales team to convert leads into clients.


Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of B2B Lead Generation experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of market research and prospecting techniques
  • Background in sales or business development
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in the B2B domain is a strong advantage
