Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Architect and implement large-scale data infrastructure using tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Deploy machine learning models into production.
• Optimize data workflows to handle structured and unstructured data across various sources.
• Develop and maintain metadata management, data quality checks, and observability.
• Drive best practices in data engineering, data governance, and model monitoring.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

  in data engineering/Scientist, data architecture, or a related domain.
• Strong expertise in

  Python/Scala/Java

  and SQL.
• Proven experience with

  big data tools

  (Spark, Hadoop, Hive),

  streaming systems

  (Kafka, Flink), and

  workflow orchestration tools

  (Airflow, Prefect).
• Deep understanding of

  data modeling

  ,

  data warehousing

  , and

  distributed systems

  .
• Strong exposure to

  ML/AI pipelines

  , MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as

  AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue)

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a

  premium engineering institute (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.)

• Exposure to Statistical Modeling around pricing and churn management is a plus
• Exposure to fine-tuning LLMs is a plus
