We're looking for a hands-on Backend Lead to architect a multi-tenant, cloud-managed backend system for managing APs, gateways, and switches. You’ll also handle integrations with FreeRADIUS, payment and SMS gateways. Handling knowledge and Integration with MQTT Brokers is a must. Working knowledge of protocols like SNMP or SSH is a plus. Requirements Proficiency in PHP and frameworks like Laravel. Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL. 5+ years of backend experience with PHP (Laravel/Symfony) In-depth knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and RADIUS schema Experience designing REST APIs and microservices Ability to mentor junior developers and manage releases Understanding of security practices (OAuth, token handling) Benefits High-impact leadership role in a fast-growing platform Full ownership of backend architecture Bonuses for scalability and performance improvements Leadership mentorship program Show more Show less
