Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven KAM Amazon Marketplace to oversee our presence and performance on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, a passion for the Bath & Body/ beauty industry, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing brand presence on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Cataloguing:

  • Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central
  • Ensure product data accuracy including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor and resolve listing issues such as suppressed or stranded listings.

Amazon Store Management:

  • Create and maintain our brand's Amazon store, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and values.
  • Optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, to maximize visibility and sales.
  • FBA sales management
  • User Experience of Amazon Seller Portal

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory flow.
  • Reconciliation using the data & tools available @ Amazon Seller portal

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to boost sales during key events and seasons.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activity on Amazon and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices.

Performance Metrics:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience through timely order fulfilment, addressing customer inquiries, and managing product reviews and ratings.

Brand Protection:

  • Implement strategies to protect the brand's reputation and intellectual property on Amazon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace for a beauty brand or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Amazon Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends and Amazon policies.
