Job Description

As a Key Account Manager cum Business Development Manager in the Pharma Healthcare sector, you will be responsible for developing the business vertical, generating revenue in line with quotas, and deepening existing customer relationships. Your key tasks will include identifying unique selling points, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with temperature-controlled shipment requirements while working closely with airlines. You will be expected to address complex logistics issues, provide innovative solutions, and lead the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. Conducting market research, monitoring sales pipelines, and facilitating training and customized solutions for the sales team to improve processes and performance will also be part of your role. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 6-10 lpa.,
