This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented video editor who can edit raw footage, apply motion graphics, enhance visuals, and create engaging brand content for social media, website, and advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, color grading, and animation effects to produce high-quality brand visuals.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with model selection, studio booking, and prop arrangement
• Work closely with photographers and directors to execute creative shoots

• Edit product videos, brand campaigns, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Apply cinematic transitions, speed ramping, and dynamic cuts

• Create text animations, lower thirds, intros, and outros
• Apply filters, LUTs, and cinematic color grading

• Ensure final video output meets brand and quality standards
• Optimize content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Website)

• Manage and label project files, raw footage, and edited versions
• Ensure efficient workflow for retrieving and reusing assets

Skills

• Assist in model selection, studio booking, and visual direction for shoots
• Arrange props, outfits, and inventory with the supply chain team
• Work with the marketing and product teams to align shoot aesthetics with brand guidelines

• Study shoot visuals from leading fashion and sleepwear brands
• Maintain a database of high-quality video inspirations and references

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video deliverables
• Add motion graphics, typography, and animations to enhance storytelling
• Perform color correction, sound design, and transitions for smooth video flow
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Website, Ads)

• Apply filters, overlays, and effects that match the Sweet Dreams brand
• Work on text animations, intros, outros, and product highlight animations

• Maintain a structured archive of footage, templates, and project files
• Ensure all video assets are backed up and easily retrievable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Editing, Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in video editing, post-production, and animation
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
• Experience editing fashion, lifestyle, or product-based content is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment with tight deadlines

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Motion Graphics & Effects: After Effects, CapCut, Blender
• Image Editing & Design: Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva
• Shoot Planning & Coordination: Google Sheets, Notion (for mood boards and shoot logistics)
