Junior Flutter Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Flutter Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Flutter and Dart, a keen eye for UI/UX detail, and excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features. Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Write clear, well-documented, and testable code. Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions effectively in English with the team and stakeholders. Requirements: 2 years of professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). Strong knowledge of Git version control. Familiarity with testing (unit, widget, and integration tests). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services. Understanding of native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
