Growth Associate (Fresher)

to join our dynamic growth and marketing team. As a Junior Growth Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, and identify growth opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a business context, gain exposure to real-world growth challenges, and build a career at the intersection of data, marketing, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer data using SQL and Python, and create actionable dashboards and reports.
• Monitor user behaviour through CRM tools and recommend strategies to boost engagement and retention.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and gather competitive insights to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to support feature launches and drive growth initiatives.
  

Key Qualification

• UG/PG in a Quantitative or Computer Science field, or MBA with a focus on Analytics
• Experience with Python in data-related projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is required
• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Solid knowledge of business concepts, marketing strategies, and digital channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Open to recent graduates
