Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at Vinotham Architects located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in using relevant software tools for architecture and design (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in sustainable design and green building practices
• Experience in project scheduling and budgeting
• Experience working with local government agencies for permits and approvals
