Junior Architect/Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Development of Architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.
• Conduct material research and sustainability studio to inform design decisions
• Produce detailed 2D drawings, 3D models and renderings using Rhino AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant software. (Being a Sketchup genie helps here)
• Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to refine design solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials, including diagram, sketches and digital visuals
• Participate in site visits and coordination with consultants and contracts,
• Stay updated on global architectural trends, materials and construction techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch)
• 0-3 years of experience in an architectural form (prior experience in international competitions and projects is a plus)
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Rhino, Grasshopper, D5 Render, Unreal Engine is an advantage.)
• Strong interest in material innovation and sustainability, and research-driven design,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadline.

Preferred Skills

• Flair for parametric design and computational tools
• Knowledge of BIM workflows
• Exposure to international design standards
