Junior Architect

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design and development team. In this role, you will support senior architects in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality architectural designs across a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will assist in translating client needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions, while ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications. Responsibilities Support the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Assist in site analysis, zoning research, and design feasibility studies. Collaborate with senior architects and consultants throughout project development stages. Participate in client meetings and document design revisions based on feedback. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Help coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated project solutions. Maintain organized documentation and contribute to project timeline tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. 0–2 years of professional experience (internship or full-time) in architecture or related field. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
