Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities, including site audits, keyword targeting, and backlinking strategies.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices across the website.
• Monitor SEO performance through tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console, and provide insights and reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, guiding optimization strategies and performance monitoring.
• Manage the SEO budget and resources effectively, ensuring that all SEO initiatives are aligned with business goals.
• Regularly interact with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO proposals, including project timelines, expected outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their SEO goals are consistently met.

Requirement Skills:

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Lead, or similar role with a strong track record of SEO success.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns and strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong client-facing skills, with experience in client interaction and preparing SEO proposals.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
