Jr. HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in HR. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

· Perform onboarding and induction of new employees

· Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy

· Perform day-to-day HR operations, payroll and other administrative tasks

· Coordinate employee engagement activities and events

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
• Ability to handle data confidentially
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· MBA in HR

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
