IT Telecaller

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Tele-caller at Digital Brain Media, located in Lucknow. The IT Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to discuss software development services, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and providing information about our range of services. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, collecting client feedback, and collaborating with the sales and development teams to provide the best solutions.

• Excellent Communication, Telephoning, and Customer Service skills in IT industry
• Ability to handle client queries and concerns professionally
• Knowledge of software development services and solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
