Experience: Minimum 2 years in end-to-end IT Sales
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and final closure.
  • Actively identify and reach out to new prospects through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, Upwork/Freelancer portals, etc.
  • Qualify leads properly to ensure genuine opportunities and convert them into paying clients.
  • Conduct meetings and demos, understand client requirements, and provide the best IT solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, agreements, and SOWs (using MS Office).
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Work closely with the delivery/technical team to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for upselling and repeat business.
  • Maintain CRM and regular reports of lead status, pipeline, and closures.

Must Have:

2+ years proven experience in IT services sales — with hands-on experience in closing deals.
Strong knowledge of IT services (mobile/web development, UI/UX, SaaS, cloud, etc.).
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for all sales documentation.
Strong understanding of business processes across industries.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with international sales (preferred).

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other lead gen tools.
  • Experience selling to SMBs, startups, and enterprise clients.
  • Track record of upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
