We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the IT sector, including services like web development, software solutions, digital marketing, and IT consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Understand client requirements and present customized IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and sales through CRM software.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a simple manner.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing services, SaaS products, or software development.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or Freelancer.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
