IT Sales Executive

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, managing leads, and delivering tailored IT solutions to clients — both online (like via IndiaMART) and through direct calls. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on leads generated via platforms like IndiaMART and other online sources. Call and engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer suitable consulting solutions. Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client requirements and business strategies. Coordinate sales meetings, solution demos, and assist in closing deals. Act as a bridge between clients and the technical/sales team to ensure seamless communication. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and regularly track lead progress . Prepare presentations, quotations, and sales reports for internal reviews and client meetings. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and sales pipeline tracking . Handle client inquiries, provide pre-sales consultations , resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in IT Sales or Software Sales . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and digital services . Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and online B2B platforms like IndiaMART .
