Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. Skills Required Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Excellent communication skills - oral and written. Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.
