As a Fresher Recruiter, you'll be involved in:

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Identifying potential candidates through various channels and reviewing resumes.

• Candidate Communication:

  Connecting with candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

• Database Management:

  Maintaining accurate candidate information.

• Learning & Development:

  Gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduates from any stream -Any Qualification -

  2022 , 2023 & 2024 Passouts.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
