Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across multiple IT roles, including Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Professionals, and AI/ML Engineers.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role demands a strong understanding of technical requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
