Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top tech talent for a variety of IT roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and help build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using databases, job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), networking, and referrals
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
