Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an IT Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related activities. This includes managing IT systems, networks, and security, implementing new technology solutions, supervising IT staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data integrity and availability.

Qualifications

• IT Systems Management, Network Management, and IT Security skills
• Experience in managing and implementing technology solutions
• Ability to supervise and guide IT staff
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco) are a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
