Job Qualifications Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in providing technical support for computer hardware and software. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
