Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in our sales process byconnecting with potential clients, explaining the value of our CRM platform, scheduling demos, and supporting new client onboarding. Key Responsibilities:  Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups.  Present and explain SYSBi's unified CRM features and benefits to potential customers.  Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with interested clients.  Share customized proposal emails.  Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly.  Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.  Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and feedbackhandling. Required Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong understanding of CRM software and SaaS products (training will be provided).  Ability to build relationships and handle objections confidently.  A self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Preferred Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.  Prior experience in pre-sales or SaaS/tech-based business development is a plus.
