Job Description

Role & responsibilities

.Net & Java Application Support & Deployment
Smooth running of the Applications in Production Environment
Communicating to the Back office Users internally and Branch and Franchise
Support SLA
Timely response to the customers & Management
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Change & Incident & Problem Management related to their application domain
Coordinate with Development team for L3 issue

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with BSC IT / MCA/ MSC IT/ BE IT qualification are preferred
Minimum 2 Years Experience in Application Support
Should have hands on Exp in .NET and Java or Troubleshooting
