We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised financial advice worldwide. Role OverviewWe are seeking a technically capable and proactive IT Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. This stand-alone position plays a vital role in maintaining and supporting the Group’s IT infrastructure, coordinating with departments across all international offices. The role also acts as the primary liaison with our outsourced IT support provider, Microbyte, ensuring service quality and issue resolution. Our IT environment is built on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and OneDrive, with a mix of laptops and desktops across our operations. Key ResponsibilitiesIT Systems & SupportProvide first-line support to staff across all offices for hardware, software, and access issuesSet up and configure laptops and desktops, ensuring readiness for new starters and role changesManage user accounts, permissions, and licences within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDriveMaintain device security and enforce company IT and data protection policies Operational CollaborationWork closely with HR and Operations teams on IT requirements for starters, leavers, and internal promotionsEnsure timely provisioning and deactivation of user accounts and equipmentSupport onboarding processes with appropriate IT setup and documentation Service ManagementAct as the main day-to-day point of contact for our outsourced IT provider - Microbyte, ensuring support issues are tracked and resolvedEscalate and follow up on unresolved IT issues through the correct channelsCoordinate small projects or requests with Microbyte, such as system upgrades or configuration changes Asset & Licence ManagementMaintain the IT asset register for hardware and software across all group entitiesTrack and manage software licences and renewalsSupport procurement processes by identifying hardware or licensing needs Documentation & ComplianceMaintain internal IT documentation, including setup guides and process logsAssist in ensuring compliance with local and global data security standardsSupport business continuity efforts and contribute to IT-related risk management RequirementsEssential:3+ years of experience in an IT Administrator or Systems Support roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows environmentsExperience managing IT assets and software licensingAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with working in a global business setting or supporting remote users Desirable:Experience working with or managing outsourced IT providersExposure to financial services or other regulated industriesUnderstanding of IT compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity principlesIT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or CompTIA A+ You will benefit from:A basic salary relevant to currentFull support to complete industry certifications and progress your career within the business Skybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
