This stand-alone position plays a vital role in maintaining and supporting the Group’s IT infrastructure, coordinating with departments across all international offices. The role also acts as the primary liaison with our outsourced IT support provider, Microbyte, ensuring service quality and issue resolution. Our IT environment is built on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and OneDrive, with a mix of laptops and desktops across our operations.
