The Human Resources department at TresVista plays a vital role in enabling the organization's employees to drive our clients" impact. The department's responsibilities include recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, optimizing employee productivity and well-being, performance reviews, enhancing the employee lifecycle, and other aspects crucial to the firm and its workforce. Talent Acquisition, a key function within the department, focuses on devising a strategic approach to identifying, evaluating, and hiring skilled employees to meet organizational requirements. Apart from recruitment, the team is instrumental in employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the labor force, and establishing a strong candidate pipeline. As a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, your primary responsibility will be to search, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent. Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and implementing strategies to enhance the Talent Acquisition process are essential aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will include understanding departmental needs and contributing to recruitment planning, updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, managing job postings, engaging with candidates, and maintaining recruitment databases. You will be expected to employ innovative methods to attract suitable talent, screen applications, conduct initial candidate evaluations, coordinate assessments and interviews, manage offer procedures, and ensure a smooth post-offer engagement process. Additionally, supporting data analysis and reporting activities using tools like Microsoft Excel will be part of your role. Ideal candidates for this position should possess prior experience in recruiting for the IT/Tech/BFSI domains, exhibit attention to detail, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, uphold confidentiality standards, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The desired experience level for this role is 2 to 5 years, and a graduate degree in any discipline is a prerequisite. The compensation package offered will be in line with industry standards.,
