Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand Marcela Meditech's global market presence. Daily tasks include managing relationships with international clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events, as well as close collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of medical consumables and laboratory products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
