Internal Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead our Internal Audit Division at the Vadakara office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, audit, and internal controls, with a proven track record of managing audits across multiple locations. This role requires regular travel to branch offices and operational sites to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute internal audits across all business units and branches to assess compliance, financial controls, and operational efficiency. Identify potential financial and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to senior management. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations. Monitor financial reporting systems and assist in improving control mechanisms. Travel to various locations for periodic audits and reviews as required. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6–10 years in finance and internal audit, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors. Education: CA / CA Inter/ CMA Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and risk assessment. Excellent analytical and report-writing skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently for audits. High integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
