Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our export operations to GCC countries. The ideal candidate will oversee shipping, customs, documentation, and end-to-end supply chain management for garments, footwear, FMCG categories etc. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage export logistics to GCC countries Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines & customs agents Ensure timely dispatch, accurate documentation & regulatory compliance Optimize supply chain operations and vendor performance Lead and mentor logistics/support team Requirements: Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field 5+ years of experience in export logistics (preferably to GCC) Strong knowledge of international shipping & customs procedures Excellent coordination, leadership, and negotiation skills What We Offer: Competitive salary Career growth in a fast-growing export company Supportive team and leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Export : 3 years (Preferred) Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
