Join our team as a strategic audit leader, working closely with the CFO to drive organizational excellence through robust risk management and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist the CFO in developing and executing the Risk Management Plan

✅ Plan and lead financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance audits

✅ Continuously evaluate the internal control environment and promote control culture

✅ Conduct performance and special audits when required

✅ Liaise with departments across the organization for smooth audit operations

✅ Coordinate with external/internal auditors and support audit lifecycle

✅ Recommend policy and process improvements aligned with audit objectives

✅ Monitor yearly audit performance and implementation of past audit findings

✅ Review and report on the fixed assets register periodically

✅ Coordinate with external internal audit firms and work to reduce their audit scope by proactively strengthening internal controls

Ideal Candidate:

🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce + CA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent

🎯 Minimum 7 years of relevant experience post-qualification

🎯 At least 3 years in a managerial audit role

🎯 Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

🎯 Proven track record in driving audit excellence and compliance
