Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Intern Assistant, primarily located in Vadodara with some work-from-home flexibility. The Intern Assistant will support various administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, assist with project management, and contribute to daily operations. Responsibilities include data entry, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and providing support to senior staff members.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Prior internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
