Role Description

This is a full-time Interior Designer role at Art Space Design Studio located in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, BOQs, interior design, and FF&E selections. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, creating design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and managing projects on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  Manage interior design projects end-to-end, ensuring design quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.

• Client Collaboration:

  Build strong client relationships through clear communication, concept presentations, and exceptional service.

• Design Development:

  Work closely with clients, architects, and team members to develop design concepts, layouts, space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.

• BOQ Preparation:

  Create and maintain detailed Bills of Quantities to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project budgets.

• Technical Drawings:

  Produce accurate and comprehensive working drawings for execution teams, including furniture, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling details.

• Digital Proficiency:

  Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation decks.

• Artistry in Design:

  Create elegant and innovative layouts with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Technology Advancement:

  Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of AI tools is a bonus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of interior design projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
