Instructional Designer

Imarticus Learning is seeking a highly experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in designing and developing engaging and effective training programs for diverse learners. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop instructional materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments, ensuring alignment with learning objectives. Create engaging and interactive eLearning courses tailored to corporate and professional audiences. Design and conduct assessments to measure learning effectiveness and provide feedback. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences. Use design tools like Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint to produce visually appealing and informative content. Collaborate with graphics designers, animators and SCORM developers to create the final elearning courses. Skills and QualificationsCore Skills:Strong understanding of INstructional Design principles Proven experience in designing and developing elearning courses. Strong understanding of learning objectives and their integration into course design. Expertise in creating instructional materials that meet diverse learning needs. Experience in designing and conducting assessments to measure learning outcomes. Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint. Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with teams. Experience and Expectations Eligibility:  Candidates should have a 4-7 years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record in the design and development of eLearnig This is a contract-based role for 1 year, extendable to 2 years.
