Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales Admin Executive

Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role, selected candidates will handle:

1. Digital Marketing Lead Generation / Inside Sales

• Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms and campaigns

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to engage potential clients

• Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities

• Maintain CRM and track all customer interactions

2. Telecalling & Customer Care

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally

• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, support, and information sharing

• Provide after-sales service and resolve client concerns

• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records

3. Sales Support / Sales Admin / Back Office

• Assist sales team with documentation, order processing, and quotations

• Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, payments, and customer service

• Maintain MIS reports and support sales data tracking

• Schedule meetings, demos, and manage sales team calendars

✅ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant role

• Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and regional language

• Technical Skills: Familiar with CRM tools, MS Office, lead generation techniques

• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle high call volumes

• Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused approach
