Inside Sales Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the Inside Sales team, driving lead generation efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes managing and mentoring the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Salary - Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of sales/service executives and ensure KPI achievement.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Monitor lead handling, task execution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain performance reports and drive improvements through feedback.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a team management or supervisory role.
• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
