Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and ensure consistent performance.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance individual and team sales skills.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition for Infinity Learns educational offerings.
    • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
    • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to meet targets.
  3. Lead Management & Conversion:

    • Oversee the pipeline management process, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions of leads to customers.
    • Ensure effective lead nurturing strategies are in place, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
    • Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
    • Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
    • Promote Infinity Learn’s value proposition and tailor offerings to meet customer needs.
  5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze sales performance data and team metrics to ensure targets are met.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and challenges.
    • Use data insights to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
  6. Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and generate qualified leads.
    • Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
    • Work closely with product teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective communication of features and benefits.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in leading and managing an inside sales team.
  • Should have a team handling exp o f 15+ agents.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyse sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Ed-Tech industry is a plus.
