Inside Sales & Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new sales leads and inquiries in coordination with the sales team.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements.
• Draft and compile documentation for tender bid participation, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
• Manage and maintain correspondence between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
• Assist and support senior management in project tracking, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to client queries and following up on pending matters.
• Maintain databases, track leads, and update CRM systems as needed.
• Prepare accurate quotation timely based on client requirements

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
1) Education:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
• OR Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical
• OR B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical

2) Key Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications
• Good understanding of technical products (electronics/instrumentation/electrical domain)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Hardworking, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
