🧾 Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand their needs, present suitable product solutions, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships for retention, and performing key administrative coordination to ensure smooth sales operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🛍 Customer Interaction & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs through active listening and needs assessment. Present appropriate products or services that match customer requirements. Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Provide product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly. 🤝 Customer Retention & Service Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Handle post-sale follow-ups, queries, or service requests. Maintain a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. 🗂 Administrative & Coordination Manage customer data, interactions, and transactions in CRM or internal systems. Generate sales invoices, quotations, and follow-up documentation. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and support teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Support store/office operations through reporting, inventory checks, and stock updates. ✅ Key Requirements: 🎓 Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles. 💼 Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical or detailed features simply. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with persuasive selling techniques. Working Days: In this position, employees work six days a week, including Sundays. They can choose any other working day as their weekly off instead of Sunday.
