• Any graduate with 3 yrs experience in US sales (Cold calling).
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adequate experience to talk to customers over the phone.
• Should have the ability to present a product or service or the Company to the C Level executives.
• Excellent Documentation Skills, Meticulous in Planning and Execution.
• Worked in the US Market and US timing.
• Possess a good understanding of Hardware and Software from a user perspective.
• Be a target oriented and a team player
• Should possess some relevant Customer Service Skills & Technical Troubleshooting Skills.
• Should have worked on CRM or relevant Management software.
• Be very responsive and acknowledge wherever required.
• Should explore ways to make better presentations and get the customer interested.
• Analysing company Information, markets, trends
• Should track himself/herself against the metrics laid out.
• Should have a constant thirst and Energy to achieve and exceed Targets.
• Possess a never give up attitude to pursue customers.
• Possess Sales & Negotiation Skills.
