Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new US clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and system configuration
• Collaborate with US-based clients across different time zones to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure ZOCA's platform to meet specific client needs and customize workflows according to US market standards
• Conduct virtual training sessions and create documentation to help US clients maximize platform adoption
• Troubleshoot technical issues during US business hours and coordinate with development teams for resolution
• Maintain project timelines and communicate progress updates to US-based stakeholders
• Support post-implementation activities and ongoing client success initiatives for the US market
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with US clients
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with software configuration or technical troubleshooting preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
