Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful

    training programs

    to support skill development and career progression.
  • Organise

    team-building events

    , workshops, and

    board game activities

    to boost collaboration and creativity.
  • Facilitate

    performance evaluation processes

    , including setting KPIs, collecting feedback, and tracking employee progress.
  • Lead

    employee engagement

    strategies to strengthen culture, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and departments to identify learning needs and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare reports to measure HRD effectiveness.
  • Support internal communications related to HRD programs and initiatives.
  • Any other HR functions as per the requirements of the organisation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in HRD, L&D, or employee engagement.
  • Strong organisational and event management skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Fluency in English, writing, reading, and speaking
