Role Overview: The HR Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational culture, employee engagement, compliance, and people development at the resort. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, training, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management, while aligning with the brand standards of The Fern Hotels & Resorts. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications. • Knowledge of HR legal compliance and statutory norms in India.
