Job Description

Human Resources • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding • Draft offer letters, contracts, and employee documentation • Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events • Support performance review cycles and gather feedback • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and workplace safety regulations 💰 Payroll & Compensation • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time • Manage salary revisions, incentives, bonuses, and deductions • Maintain and reconcile attendance, leave, and overtime records • Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) • Handle employee reimbursements and coordinate tax declarations Office Administration • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance • Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and utilities • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management • Handle travel bookings, meetings, and scheduling for senior staff • Maintain courier records, incoming/outgoing mail, and filing systems • Act as the point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and office queries
