Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support on-boarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support daily HR operations, including documentation, compliance, and HR systems management.
• Help in creating HR policies, manuals, and SOPs where needed.
• Coordinate internal communications related to HR initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
