Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive / Manager to manage and expand our HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance. You'll play a key role in supporting our growing IT team and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment (screening, scheduling, onboarding)
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Oversee performance reviews, goal-setting, and talent development
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational structure
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking
• Coordinate training & development programs
• Address employee queries and resolve grievances promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience in an IT or tech company
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR operations
• Familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, or similar)
• Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with startup or high-growth tech companies
• Understanding of tech roles (developers, analysts, QA, etc.)
• Exposure to remote team management and virtual onboarding
