The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and execution of the HR strategy, policies, and procedures at the plant level, in alignment with the organization’s broader business objectives. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing change, driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing workforce productivity through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage the

   Performance Management System

   across departments.
2. Lead

   Training & Development

   ,

   employee induction

   , and

   employee relations

   initiatives.
3. Oversee all aspects of

   plant-level HR operations

   ,

   administration

   , and

   industrial relations (IR)

   .
4. Ensure compliance with legal documentation and manage

   training records

   aligned with

   ISO audit requirements

   .
5. Develop and maintain the

   annual training calendar

   (internal & external training).
6. Maintain and update the

   Skill Matrix

   and

   Competency Matrix

   for all employees.
7. Coordinate and document

   performance appraisals

   and employee evaluations.
8. Prepare and manage daily

   MIS reports

   across departments.
9. Ensure adherence to

   safety standards

   and address

   workplace safety issues

   .
10. Organize and conduct

    safety training

    programs for workers.
