Role Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the hiring process across departments including marketing, tech, operations, and influencer relations.
• Work closely with founders and team leads to define hiring needs and create JD pipelines.
• Drive recruitment via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Culture & Engagement

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with Reelax’s mission and values.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, offsites, and team bonding activities.
• Maintain a pulse on employee morale, feedback, and satisfaction.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Handle payroll inputs, leave tracking, and performance documentation.
• Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Performance & Development

• Help define and run quarterly OKRs and appraisal cycles.
• Identify training needs and coordinate upskilling initiatives.
• Support team leads in creating growth plans for employees.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or digital marketing/influencer marketing company.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS platforms, and basic compliance.
• Passionate about building teams and culture in fast-paced environments.
