Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, supporting employees, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall HR strategy. QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboardingStrong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance managementKnowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor lawsProficiency in organizational development and strategic HR planningExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsExperience in using HR software and systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
